Hannah’s first surgery is tomorrow. If you’re the praying sort, would you please be praying for her? Specifically that…
- Both surgeries go well without complications like infection, stroke, etc.
- The grid placement shows a clear and distinct point of seizure origin and that it is in an area that can be removed (resected).
- The resection does not cause any loss of movement (paralysis) or any other loss of function (intellect, memory, emotion).
- The resection cures the seizures.
We’ll also be posting here (and twittering) during her stay at the hospital (and afterwards), to let you know how she’s doing and any other specific prayer needs.

Hannah. I am praying for you and so are a lot of others out here in California. May you sense Jesus with you because He promises to never leave you nor forsake you. And He is the great physician no matter who is operating. He knows all the wire works. I love you and I will see you soon – all wired up!!! That will be an experience. You all know my prayer addiction…and my brain surgeries—going on my 3rd for epilepsy…mine is a total different situation–but I praise Jesus not only for pulling me thru…but for using it all to help bring me to find Him–now share His Word–and help others thru HIM with it…and other illnesses…He works wonders thru these complications with faith…and your family is on solid foundation…OUR ROCK-Jesus Christ! And you know we are in deep prayer for her-and your family…and the doctors wisdom thru HIM. He is the MIGHTY SURGEON…and I am praying she wakes up with such a feeling of peace…even thru the pain that will be there…I pray He lessens it as He did my 2nd surgery! He can DO ANYTHING! You are ALL in our hearts, and prayers…and in Christ’s hands!
